Project Overview

A multifunctional concert and auditorium complex is a contemporary public venue designed to host a wide range of events — from large-scale concerts and performances to conferences, banquets, and sports or ceremonial events — with a total seating capacity of 1,500 spectators.

The architectural and functional concept of the complex is based on flexibility of use, advanced technical infrastructure, and high levels of comfort for both audiences and performers.

Functional Concept

The spatial structure includes a large transformable main hall for 1,500 seats, a professional stage, fan zones, VIP lounges, and supporting technical and service areas. This allows the building to adapt efficiently to different event formats, audience sizes, and operational scenarios.

Such complexes play an important role in the cultural life of large cities, functioning as key venues for public events and contributing to the development of contemporary urban infrastructure.
